Now hiring for full and/or part time position at Gibby's Bottle Shop Orangeburg/ Bamberg.Looking for a dependable, customer service minded person to help and occasionally take on tasks around the store during downtime. Some of the tasks you may be asked to tackle on your downtime could include stocking, running a register, basic housekeeping, helping receive trucks from distributors on truck days, etc. Our new team member must be able to lift up to 40lbs and provide excellent customer service! Prior experience not necessary.

Starting out Father's Day Weekend by saying thank you to All of the fathers out there. Starting Friday morning at 9AM on 06-16-2023 until we run out. We will have some allocated bottles. We ask you to be respectful with the 2 simple rules we have in place.

1: Must spend $25 on any other products in the store that are not in this allocated area.

2: Limited to 1 bottle per person AND/OR group. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!

We want to be able to continue to do this however with current allocation vs demand it is becoming very hard to meet everyone's wants. This is one of the easiest ways to keep things going smoothly.

We appreciate everyone and look forward to seeing you tomorrow.

High-key obsessed with putting ice cream, Baileys and cheesecake in the middle of a doughnut.

RECIPE:
Ingredients

200g strawberries, hulled and roughly chopped
75g strawberry jam
100g full fat cream cheese
1 tbsp icing sugar, sieved
75ml double cream
25ml Baileys Original Irish Cream
4 large custard or jam doughnuts, cut in half
4 scoops vanilla ice-cream
50g dark chocolate, melted
25g shortbread biscuits, lightly crushed

Method
To make the strawberry sauce mix half the strawberries with the strawberry jam in a bowl.

To make the strawberry cheesecake whisk the cream cheese in a bowl until smooth. Add the icing sugar and double cream and whisk until stiff peaks. Stir in the Baileys, followed by the remaining strawberries.

To serve, tear the doughnuts in half through the centre. Spread a little strawberry sauce on the bottom, top with a scoop of ice-cream and a dollop of strawberry cheesecake. Drizzle with extra strawberry sauce and squidge on the doughnut lid.

Spoon over the melted chocolate and sprinkle with the shortbread. Dig in immediately before it melts!
