Man, I don't know about you all, but this weekend creeping up is bringing on a fantastic season! Super Bowl, Mardi Gras parades and then Valentines. Getting us all prepared for Spring Break and then summer. Oooooh child, it's gonna be a fabulous year! We have two more business days until 2022 rolls in. So this is what we are all gonna do. Nobody is gonna claim 2022 as "your year". We're all going to walk in real slow. We are gonna be good, be quiet and cautious. We are also going to be real respectful so you best not go touching stuff. I know quite a few are gonna be having a quiet night at home and a lot of you will be partying it up. So you need to stop in and stock up on all the goodies needed to host an amazing New Years Eve party. We always have you covered from top shelf distilled spirits, premium hand rolled ci**rs, champagne and wines, cold beers and all the mixers to make those amazing cocktails. Have a phenomenal store pick that arrived today!! Jefferson's Bourbon Jefferson's Reserve Single Barrel that was bottled especially for Cottage Hill Package Store and Seaside Liquor stores. " Nice soft nose that welcomes the drinker, hints of vanilla, oak, cinnamon on the palate with a long finish that coats the mouth." With summer officially beginning soon and the weather only getting a tad warmer, why not cool down with a very refreshing gin cocktail? Made a few of these the other night and they were an absolute hit. This little beauty is called a Sgroppino. Very easy to make and goes down ever so sweet. Stop in and grab a bottle of Malfy Gin Con Limone and get to concocting. Cheers!

Sgroppino

50ml Malfy Gin Con Limone
25 ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar syrup
1 scoop Lemon sorbet
25 ml Prosecco
Mint leaf

In a shaker add the first three ingredients. Shake and strain into a chilled glass. Drop in the glass, gently, and top with the Prosecco and mint leaf. Enjoy.
