Hibiki Japanese Harmony Master's Select is a smashing Japanese blended whisky that displays a harmonious flavor profile (as you might expect from the name) with a good kick of fruity Sherry notes.

Nose: Citrus blossom, mango, and juicy raisins. A slight touch of vanilla-rich oak.

Palate: Chocolate orange, creamy wood notes, dried apricot and sultanas, cinnamon.

Finish: Plum and ginger. Brown sugar and milk chocolate.

More fruity, floral, and refreshing than its age-stated counterparts. A fantastic dram at a great price.

Polly Logan, a Macallan whisky maker, has traveled to Spain on a deep flavor tour to discover a whole new world of cocoa. Logan describes fine cacao macellan as “the best combination of sherry barrel whisky and chocolate.” It was matured in specially selected European sherry barrels and American white oak sherry barrels that imparted rich aromas of dried fruits, sweet honey, melting chocolate, and subtle oak.
