STRAWBERRY LAKE STORE
Would like to invite you to our first COMMUNITY rummage and flea market
rummage Sale on Saturday, JUNE 1st 2024 from 7:00am-3:00pm at the STRAWBERRY LAKE STORE and grounds
SET-UP DATE & TIME: Inside vendors can set up Friday, MAY 31st from 8:00am – 3p.m. . Exhibitors should check in DO NOT PARK IN FRONT OF THE SERVICE ENTRANCE. At that time, you will find out your booth(s) location. . If you are setting up early bring sheets to cover up your items. The arena will be securely locked at 7 p.m. Friday evening. STRAWBERRY LAKE STORE is not liable for lost or damaged items.
COMMUNITY RUMMAGE SALE HOURS: WILL OPEN AT 6:30 AM FOR VENDORS. SHARP. The event will open to the public on Saturday, June 1st , from 7:00am to 3:00pm.
VENDOR INFORMATION: Please Register Now as space inside is limited.
• All exhibitors are responsible for supervision of their own booth at all times.
• Booth Space is measured and marked . A space is $20.00 for the day.
• The STRAWBERRY LAKE STORE assumes no responsibility for lost or damaged items.
• Exhibitors may not sell items that are obscene or distasteful. Fi****ms, weapons or ammunition are not allowed to be sold. The STRAWBERRY LAKE STORE reserves the right to deny or refuse the sale or display of any items as it sees fit.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• Exhibitors must bring their own cash box and change.
• Any exhibitor leaving early will not be allowed back to future shows.
• Early Sales: Out of courtesy to the public and for security reasons, absolutely no early sales or trades prior to 7:00am on Saturday. If anyone is suspected of doing this, you may be asked to leave and will not be able to come back to future sales (no refunds).
• All exhibitors are responsible for their own sales tax.
• All items must be removed from the premises immediately following the sale. There will be no thrift store pick up following the sale. Do not dump any items into dumpsters on the property.

• Concessions will be available during Saturday’s sale.

ADVERTISING: The Gigantic Rummage Sale is being promoted in a number of ways: , website ,local paper local calendars, Facebook, flyers and posters, etc, the best advertising can come from you - by word of mouth! Tell everyone you know about this sale!

• Set up time for vendors will be Thursdasy inside and at your discretion from 8a.m.-3p.m. and Friday, April 26th from . . We recommend vendors bring their own carts to load their items.
• Exhibitors will be able to enter the building t 6:30am on Saturday, April 27th to get ready for the sale.
• Sale starts promptly at 7:00am.

• Exhibitors may sell rummage & garage sale items, clearance items, crafts, antiques & collectables.
• Exhibitors may not sell items that are obscene or distasteful. Fi****ms, weapons or ammunition are not allowed to be sold. The West Fargo Park District reserves the right to deny or refuse the sale or display of any items as it sees fit.
• Entry fees are non-refundable.
• All exhibitors are responsible for their own sales tax. (if applicable)
