Shop Technicians work with our customers to first understand their needs. They must be able to use problem-solving skills to ensure our customers are always well taken care of.
Specialty areas can vary between our shop techs, but may include reading work orders, using of computer diagnostic equipment/software, visually diagnosing mechanical issues, performing mechanical repairs, reading of repair manuals, and completing tire repairs or general maintenance.
