Hello friends and family,

It is never easy when we lose a loved one. Last week the Spice Monkey & Howden Market family sustained an unbearable loss. Cameron worked along side us at Spice Monkey and we will miss him dearly. The last two years have been rough mentally for all of us. Separation and isolation can cause damage to our state of mind. Let’s come together to support Cameron’s family in their time of need. In doing so, maybe we can remind ourselves that staying connected and cherishing ever moment we spend together is what is truly valuable and precious in this life.
