It is with sadness, but also a great deal of pride in all we’ve accomplished, that minimo will close on April 5th. minimo opened in 2015 as an inclusive gathering space where people–all people–were welcomed to enjoy and learn about natural wine without pretense. It’s deeply heartwarming to see how a community has taken shape here.

From the outset, we sought to be stewards of the wines represented in the shop, sharing the stories behind them through weekly tastings and winemaker events. We showcased the breadth of natural wine from the Bay Area to the Republic of Georgia. But perhaps we’re most proud of supporting up-and-coming winemakers–and especially the women, BIPOC, and q***r winemakers who still find themselves underrepresented in the industry. minimo didn’t just sell wine; it was a platform for supporting causes dear to us.

We’re especially grateful for the amazing people who’ve worked at minimo over the years, and who’ve become family. We thank them wholeheartedly for sharing their expertise and embodying our vision with so much care, warmth, and enthusiasm.

Running an independent business is not independent at all. Thank you to all the chefs who popped up at minimo, the makers who supplied us with small-batch confections, the artists who brought inspiration to our space, the organizations who partnered with us on countless events. Thank you to our enthusiastic neighborhood residents, fellow businesses who shared resources and counsel, and a fantastic Ambassador program and BID.

Thank you for letting us select the bottles, week after week, that not only complemented your dinners and made you look cool at parties, but also supported an ecosystem of small producers around the world who treat farming as a calling and winemaking as a sacred craft. Thank you for showing up, for your friendship, and trust in us. It's been a wonderful journey, taken together.

SCHEDULE:
3/25-4/5 Regular hours retail shop & wine bar. 10% off all retail wines, ciders, and merchandise. At the bar, we’ll continue to offer a rotating menu of wines by the glass, so come hang out!
SAT. 4/5, 1-6pm: Closing Party, open to all (21+)
SUN. 4/6, 12-2pm: Yard Sale

03/21/2025

Taking their name from a Georgian story in which the best wines are those that make a pheasant cry, Pheasant’s Tears produces some of the world’s most sought-after Georgian wines. Founded in 2007 by American John Wurdeman and 8th generation Georgian winegrower Gela Patalishvili, they’ve brought global attention to the ancient winemaking traditions that make the Republic of Georgia--birthplace of winemaking--so unique. Located in the village of Tibaani in Eastern Georgia, their wines are typically fermented and aged in qvevri (clay vessels) that are buried underground, with skin maceration ranging from 3 weeks to 6 months depending on the variety. Flight of 3 wines $16. All day, Friday - Sunday *The bar will be closed Saturday from 4:30-8:00pm for a private event. Retail and outdoor parklet remain open as usual.

Mtsvane Bodbiskhevi 2023
Mtsvane from 45 year-old vines in the village of Bodbiskhevi. This is a direct-press white, and thus a rare example of Mtsvane made without skin contact. The result is an elegant wine with light floral notes, juicy orchard fruit, and wonderful texture.

Khikhvi 2023
Khikhvi from the village of Tibaani, macerated on the skins for 6 months, fermented and aged in qvevri. Deep amber color, dried apricot, wild fennel, herbal tea, and clay.

Poliphonia 2022
‘Poliphonia’ is a co-fermented field blend of over 150 grapes given to Pheasant’s Tears by the Georgian Ministry of Agriculture to aid in conservation and foster research about indigenous grape varieties. A mix of yellow, green, pink, red, purple, and blue varieties are co-planted, including 117 indigenous Georgian varieties and 40 more that are still being researched! Direct-pressed into qvevri, then racked into stainless steel 6 months later. Pink grapefruit, passionfruit, savory herbs, bright acidity.

During a blustery week in the Bay Area, our weekend tasting takes you on a vacation to Southern France! We’ll traverse Mediterranean regions from Provence to the Pyrenees to taste wines redolent of warm sun and seaside breezes. Flight of 3 wines $16. All day, Friday - Sunday. Wine Club Members get 20% off tastings.

Chùteau de Roquefort 'Petit Salé' 2023
‘Petit Salé’ means “little salty” and it’s the perfect name for this Provençal blend of Clairette, Ugni blanc, and Vermentino. ChĂąteau de Roquefort’s wine cellar dates to 1734. In 1995 Raimond de Villeneuve took the reins and converted to organic agriculture, resulting in wines profoundly expressive of the unique site. 70-year old Clairette vines grown on chalky soils close to the Mediterranean Sea impart a distinctly saline minerality and snappy acidity, with notes of white plum, apple, and lemon.

Tutti Frutti Ananas 'Mirtillo' 2022
Manuel Di Vecchi Staraz is originally from Italy, but was drawn to Banyuls-sur-Mer, on the Mediterranean coast at the foot of the Pyrenees, by its stunning landscape and old vines. Tutti Frutti Ananas is a collaboration between Manuel & his friend Francesco Pesci of nearby winery Les Ânes AilĂ©s to make fresh, easy-drinking wines, with each wine named after a fruit. ‘Murtillo’ (blueberry in Italian) is 100% MourvĂšdre, medium-bodied with blackcurrant and strawberry fruit and savory, earthy spice.

Josette & Michel ‘Tostaky’ 2023
Domaine Josette & Michel was established by Jeanne & Philippe “Fifi” Essomme in 2022. Located in Tarn, near the Monts de Lacaune and Haut Languedoc Natural Park, this upstart winery was guaranteed to take the natural wine world by storm–thanks to Fifi’s long career as an influential importer and co-founder of the vanguard NYC natural wine bar The Ten Bells. Now back in his native France, he’s making joyful wines with partners, sourcing fruit from neighbors while nurturing his own young vines. Grenache & Syrah from biodynamically farmed vines in Roussillon, treated to semi-carbonic maceration and just a few weeks in barrel for a super-fresh chilled red.

03/07/2025

It’s Women’s History Month! At minimo, we’ve always spotlighted wines from women winemakers, proprietors, importers and distributors. But we can’t take for granted the organized national recognition of women. Started by a Sonoma school district in 1978 as a week-long celebration, it was codified in 1980 by President Jimmy Carter as National Women’s History Week, and later expanded by Congress to include the entire month of March. And while our current administration is quashing “special observances” including Women’s History Month, we’ll keep celebrating women’s accomplishments louder than ever. This weekend’s tasting features three reds from amazing women winemakers you should know about! Flight of 3 wines $16. All day, Friday - Sunday. Wine Club Members get 20% off tastings.

Le Briseau/Nathalie Gaubicher ‘Patapon’ 2022
In 2002 Christian Chaussar and Nathalie Gaubicher founded Le Briseau in the Loire Valley and, as early adopters of biodynamic farming, became a driving force in natural wine. Christian passed away in 2012, and Nathalie has carried on the estate (and remarried to winemaker Émile Heredia). Patapon is Pineau d’Aunis from 60 year-old estate vines that undergoes partial carbonic maceration. Playful with raspberries, purple plum, violet, and chalky tannins.

Emme ‘for you, anything’ 2023
Rosalind Reynolds launched Emme, named after her grandmother, in 2018 and has been charting new territory with her small-production wines ever since. She’s a big proponent of community, reminding us that “countless hands are involved in every glass you drink.” Carignan from the historic dry-farmed Ricetti Vineyard in Mendocino. Blueberry, cranberry, a touch of earthy spice, snappy yet deep.

Loella 'Cuvée Bru' Syrah 2021
Oakland winemaker (and minimo regular!) Megan Hughes launched Loella Wines in 2018 to make approachable wines that she affectionately calls “porch-pounders,” meant to be enjoyed with friends. Her Syrah comes from the White Hawk Vineyard in Santa Barbara County, known for its ancient seabed sandy soil and cooler climate. Whole cluster fermented, this is a light and juicy Syrah with raspberry, black currant, fine minerality and classic spice.

02/28/2025

The winemaking history of central Europe is little known to Americans, in part because it was alternately ravaged and rearranged by the 20th century’s world wars and all that followed. Thus reviving vineyards or carrying on traditions interrupted by communism is a reclamation and point of pride in the 21st century. Come taste incredible wines from the Czech Republic, Slovakia, and Hungary! Flight of 3 wines $16. Wine Club Members get 20% off tastings. All day* Friday - Saturday. (Sunday from 3-5pm will be a special tasting of sparkling wines from Spain with an Oyster Pop-Up).

Martin Vajčner Welschriesling II 2022
In the Moravia region of the Czech Republic, Martin Vajčner comes from a family of winegrowers dating back to 1634. Martin uses his grandfather’s old underground cellar, and his whole family is involved in farming and operations. Welschriesling (no relation to Riesling), fermented and aged in Moravian amphorae and French oak barrels, without sulfur additions. Aromatic and bright with juicy pear, fennel, and sea salt.

Bott Frigyes Juhfark 2021
After WWI, Hungary lost about 70% percent of its land, leaving about 3 million ethnic Hungarians outside the nation’s modern borders. Bott Frigyes is representative: Bott and his son Frici farm 10 hectares of traditionally Hungarian varieties on volcanic bedrock soil in what is now Slovakia. Juhfark fermented for one week in three layers: foot trodden, whole clusters, and destemmed. A complex, serious white, with austere citrus notes, white tea, and textured minerality.

BĂłka Birtok Kadarka 2023
Located in the Tolna region of Hungary, the BĂłka family originally purchased 5 hectares in 1903, but after WWII, they were reduced to just .3 hectares. In 2012, AndrĂĄs and his extended family decided to bring it back. Kadarka is what they are known for, and they grow a unique clone of the grape. A light bodied red with surprisingly dark blackberry, currant, and plum skins.

Some of France’s most sought-after natural winemakers feature in this weekend’s tasting. Their wines tell you all you need to know about what makes natural wine “different.” They’re brimming with life and perfect for sunny days that promise spring is around the corner. Flight of 3 wines $16. All day*, Friday - Sunday. Wine Club Members get 20% off tastings. *The bar will be closed Saturday from 4:30-8pm for a private party. Retail and parklet remain open as usual.

Nana Vins & Cie ‘Suzette’ 2023
Nathalie Gaubicher has run Le Briseau, a domaine in Touraine with cult status among natural wine fans, since the death of her husband Christian Chaussard in 2009. She’s become a legend in her own right, and is now married to winemaker Émile Heredia, whose vineyards are far to the south in Languedoc. Nana Vins & Cie is her small nĂ©goce label for which she sources fruit from Emile’s oldest vines. A blend of Clairette & Terret Gris, obscure white grapes of France’s far south. Lean and bright with pear, white peach, and fine minerality.

Famille Mosse ‘Moussamoussettes’ RosĂ© PĂ©t-Nat 2023
AgnĂšs and RenĂ© Mosse purchased an old estate in Anjou in 1999, adopting organic and biodynamic techniques, and eventually becoming mentors to many younger natural winemakers. Their sons Joseph and Sylvestre officially took over the reins in 2018. A sparkling rosĂ© of Grolleau Gris, Cabernet Franc, and Pineau d’aunis from 35 year old vines. Raspberry, blood orange, grapefruit, cardamom. One of our favorite sparkling rosĂ©s.

Julien Altaber Coteaux Bourguignons Rouge 2023
Julien Altaber grew up in a family of dairy farmers, but forged his own path into winemaking with his sights set on Burgundy. He now operates his own Domaine Sextant winery, as well as Domaine Derain in St. Aubin with winemaker Carole Schwab, which he took over when his mentor retired. Unbeholden to Burgundian tradition and commercialism, the wines are very much his own, and incredibly alive. A blend of Pinot Noir and Gamay. Bright cherry, snappy cranberry, dark minerality and fresh-turned earth.

Buddy/Buddy ‘Late Bloomer’ PĂ©t-Nat 2023
Bay Area winemaker Cassidy Miller launched her wine career as an intern for Berkeley’s Vinca Minor. There she had the opportunity to experiment with co-ferments of grapes, apples, and pears, which sparked the creation of her own label Buddy/Buddy. Creativity remains at the forefront, and ‘Late Bloomer’ is her first pĂ©t-nat, made of Chenin Blanc from Clarksburg. Juicy green and golden apples, lemon peel, and fresh acidity.

Maloof L'eau Epicée 2023
Maloof Wines is the project of Ross and Bee Maloof with winemaker Perry Heistuman in Forest Grove, Oregon. Focusing on aromatic white varieties, they share a vineyard and winery with close friends at Fossil & Fawn and work with other organic farmers as well. ‘L'eau EpicĂ©e’ is a light and playful sparkling wine of Riesling and Gewürztraminer. Floral aromas, tropical fruit, lime zest, and white pepper.

Domaine Lise et Bertrand Jousset ‘Éxilé’ RosĂ© PĂ©t-Nat 2023
Lise & Bertrand Jousset are legends of France’s Loire Valley, having moved there in 2003 seeking the freedom and affordable land to farm their own vines and make natural wine. A shop favorite every year, their ‘Exilé’ (made from a neighbor’s organic grapes) is a fresh, dry sparkling rosĂ© of Gamay and Grolleau. Wild strawberry, cherry, saline minerality, fabulous texture.

02/07/2025

Syrah is perhaps the most prized red grape of France’s Rhîne Valley. And while exquisite on its own, it is also acclaimed for playing well with others–across a wide swath of southern France and here in the U.S. as well. Flight of 3 wines $16. All day, Friday - Sunday. Wine Club Members get 20% off tastings.

Matthieu Barret ‘Petit Ours’ 2023
Matthieu Barret is a 7th generation winemaker who took over his family’s vines in the northern Rhîne. He has garnered acclaim for his Syrahs, as well as his commitment to organic and biodynamic farming. Petit Ours (“little bear,” which is Matthieu’s nickname) is 100% Syrah grown by his friend Remi Pouizin in Visan, the northernmost part of the southern Rhîne Valley. Juicy blackberry fruit with hints of tar, black pepper and sage.

Domaine Les Enfants Sauvages ‘Che Chauvio’ 2022
Carolin & Nikolaus Bantlin are originally from Germany, but were drawn to the CĂŽtes Catalanes region of France near the border of Spain. They purchased an old estate, revitalizing the vineyards with biodynamic practices. Inspired by their mentor Olivier Pithon ( a shop fave) they launched their own label, Les Enfants Sauvages. Syrah, Cinsault, and MourvĂšdre with a short maceration produces a light, vibrant red with pomegranate, cherry, and dried herbs. Great with a slight chill.

Caleb Leisure ‘Ab Ovo’ 2023
Caleb Leisure is essentially a one-person natural wine project based in Cloverdale. Caleb's winemaking is guided by ancient tradition, and he’s the only American winemaker we know who ferments his wines in bona fide Georgian qvevri, making no additions or subtractions at any point. A co-ferment of Syrah, Mourvùdre, Viognier, and Friulano from El Dorado with a 6-day maceration, fermented and aged in qvevri and stainless steel. Tart purple plum, cherry skins, dark savory notes, fresh acidity.

01/31/2025

Chile’s natural wine scene is simultaneously ancient and new. With some of the western hemisphere’s oldest vines, Chile boasts fruit of incredible character. But because those old vines and varieties aren’t valued on the modern mass market, it’s taken the concerted efforts of natural winemakers to bring them to international acclaim. Here’s a rare chance to taste wines made from 200+-year-old vines!! Flight of 3 wines $16. All day, Friday - Sunday (except Sat., 3-6pm winemaker tasting with Trail Marker). Wine Club Members get 20% off tastings.

Louis-Antoine Luyt Pipeño Carrizal Blanco 2024
Louis-Antoine Luyt is a French winemaker who’s played a huge role in fostering a terroir-driven natural wine scene in Chile. When living in Chile, he realized the ancient vines tended by independent farmers were typically undervalued, or used only for personal winemaking. Luyt created new value for the farmers’ fruit by introducing their “pipeño” wines to the international market. Carrizal is a blend of Muscat, Chasselas, SĂ©millon, and Torontel from 200 year old vines, with two weeks of skin contact. Tangerine, lemon blossom aromatics, a touch of fresh-turned earth.

Louis-Antoine Luyt Huasa de Pilen Alto 2024
PaĂs from a high elevation site of 200-300 year old dry-farmed vines in the Maule region, south of Santiago. A light red with focused berry fruits, light minerality, and classic ashy undertones.

Roberto Henriquez ‘Santa Cruz De Coya’ País 2021
Winemaker Roberto Henriquez is located in the Bio Bío Valley, considered one of Chile’s most historic—and extreme—wine regions. In 2015, Henriquez set out to preserve the region’s winemaking traditions, employing fruit from some of South America’s oldest vines. País from 200-year-old vines planted among pine and eucalyptus trees in the Nahelbuelta Mountains. A nuanced light red, with wild strawberry and mountain herbs.

The Marigny Drink this Wine Skin Contact 2023
This drinky orange wine is a partnership from best-selling cookbook author Molly Baz and natural winemaker Andrew Young (aka St. Reginald Parish) of The Marigny in Willamette Valley, Oregon. Riesling, Pinot Gris, and Sauvignon Blanc with grapes seeing 9-21 days of skin contact. Mango, valencia orange, citrus zest. Molly’s recommended pairing: whipped ricotta toast with green bagna cauda!

Extradimensional Wine Co. Yeah! Space Country Orange 2023
Hardy Wallace gained a huge following for his label Dirty & Rowdy, where he championed lesser known grape varieties. After 11 years, he and wife Kate Graham started a new label together, Extradimensional Wine Co. Yeah! Space Country Orange is a blend with 45 days of skin contact from three of the state's top vineyards: Semillon from the historic Bedrock Vineyard in Sonoma; Chenin, Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier from the Brosseau Vineyard in Monterey County; and Primitivo, MourvÚdre Rosé from Shake Ridge Ranch in the Sierra Foothills. Tangerine, chamomile, melon, and basil with fresh acidity.

Les Vins Pirouettes Eros de Vincent 2023
Acclaimed Alsatian winemaker Christian Binner started Les Vins Pirouettes in 2008 to help local organic & biodynamic growers bottle their own wines. The label now encompasses some twenty growers whose first names you’ll always find on the bottle. A co-fermented blend of Sylvaner, Riesling, Auxerois, Pinot Gris, and GewĂŒrztraminer with 14 days of skin contact. Aromatic with white peach, citrus, apricot and clove.

Join us for an extra special winemaker tasting with Emily Virgil & Drew Huffine of Trail Marker! Provecho will be here too, popping up with irresistible Oaxacali Bites. We’re donating a portion of the tasting proceeds to an organization supporting LA-area fire victims. Saturday, Feb. 1st, 3-6pm.

In 2012 Emily and Drew launched Trail Marker Wine Co., focusing on cooler-climate sites at higher elevations so as to make wines with finesse and precision. They chose the name “Trail Marker” to reflect that special place where humans and nature meet. The tasting will feature Trail Marker’s Trousseau, a rare red variety beloved for producing light and herbal wines. More recently, Emily & Drew added a second label called Kid Sister that is all about appreciating life's little joys. From the Kid Sister line, they’ll pour a Kerner, a white grape commonly associated with northern Italy, and a pĂ©t-nat of BlaufrĂ€nkisch, both from the Mokelumne Glen Vineyard in Lodi. Bundles of joy for sure!

Emily and Drew originally met in Los Angeles. Drew was an English professor with a side gig in wine retail. Emily grew up in Altadena, where she returned after studying fashion in NYC and Italy–and met Drew. Eventually they relocated to the Bay Area to pursue their passion for wine, and now call Healdsburg home. Emily’s parents lost their home–the Altadena home where Emily was raised–in the Eaton fire. With the widespread devastation of the Los Angeles fires, we all seem to know someone touched by this heartbreaking tragedy. A portion of proceeds from this event will be donated to the Fuerza Fund, supporting essential workers & their families affected by the fires with direct and immediate cash assistance.

Carolina Gatti ‘Ratatuja’ Bianco Frizzante 2022
Carolina Gatti’s wines hail from a property in the Prosecco region of the Veneto that her family has owned since the 1800s, and managing the vineyards, crops, and livestock is still a family affair. Her sparkling wines, however, are nothing like conventional Prosecco. ‘Ratatuja’ is blend of Glera, Pinot Bianco, Chardonnay, Tocai, and Verduzzo, macerated on the skins for a few days. Mineral driven with fresh pear and peach, finishing with a touch of salinity.

Il Vinco ‘Mistione’ Rosato 2021
On the southern slopes of Lake Bolsena in Lazio, Il Vinco was started by three friends determined to restore the native Canaiolo Nero vines indigenous to the area. They have since become part of a strong natural wine community in Lazio, north of Rome. This red & white blend of Canaiolo Nero, Procanico, Rossetto, and Malvasia Bianca Lunga is called a rosato, but could easily pass as a chilled red. Rainier cherry, yellow plum, wild thyme, volcanic minerality.

Il Ceo ‘Groppea’ Rosso 2022
With his label Il Ceo, Davide Andreatta set out to recover and restore old vineyards in and around his town just north of Vincenza in the Veneto region. His emphasis has been on native varieties and biodynamic agriculture. Groppello is a red grape grown along the shore of Lake Garda, most often used in blends. It’s a revelation to taste on its own! Light bodied, black-cherry-fruited, with a savory note of cedar and grippy tannins.

Julien Pineau ‘Roche Blanche’ 2022
Julien Pineau worked with Loire Valley stars Lise & Bertrand Jousset before getting a unique opportunity: to purchase half the famed Clos Roche Blanche vineyards in Touraine. Now he and his wife are expanding the estate’s biodynamic polyculture to the next level. A field blend of Menu Pineau, Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, and Meslier Saint-François from the estate vineyard. Flinty entry followed by white peach, quince, and citrus zest.

Du Vin Aux Liens ‘Guet Apens’ 2020
Vanessa Letort started Du Vin Aux Liens in 2020 as a “natural wine trade,” putting partnerships with growers and winemakers at the heart of her production in the Alsatian town of Beblenheim. ‘Guet Apens’ is a co-ferment of Sylvaner, Muscat Ottonel, Riesling, Pinot Gris, and GewĂŒrztraminer, pressed together and spending a year on the lees. Complex with tropical fruit, white tea, citrus, and bright acidity.

Julien Sunier Régnié 2021
Everybody loves Gamay from Beaujolais, and the finest ones come from the designated ‘Cru’ areas with their distinctive terroirs. Julien Sunier launched his domaine in 2008 with old vine parcels in several different crus, employing organic and biodynamic farming practices. From 60 year old vines in the cru of RĂ©gniĂ©, this elegant wine is delicate, yet has pronounced red fruit and a bouquet of warm spices.

Toshokan Chenin Blanc 2021
Tim Sakhuja & Ayaka Nonaka started Toshokan in Berkeley after Tim worked for California trailblazers Donkey & Goat and Steve Matthiasson. Toshokan means library in Japanese. For them, winemaking is a lot like curating a library, with each bottle telling a story. Chenin Blanc from Silvaspoons Vineyard in Lodi. Honeysuckle, golden apple, river rocks, great texture.

Las Jaras ‘Slipper Sippers’ Nouveau 2024
Actor/comedian Eric Wareheim and his friend Joel Burt, a longtime NorCal winemaker, have made Las Jaras a celebrity in its own right. The first wine of the 2024 vintage, and always a crowd favorite, Slipper Sippers is a blend of Zinfandel, Carignan, Petite Sirah, and Vermentino that undergoes a layering of winemaking methods. Juicy with raspberry, boysenberry and chocolate-covered cherry, lifted by a fresh acidity.

Cantina di Noci ‘Freisa’ 2023
Cantina di Noci is a micro-winery started by Alison Sullivan, based in Berkeley, that celebrates Italian varieties in California. Freisa is a grape most commonly associated with the Piedmont region of Northern Italy. In this case, it’s sourced from Fox Hills Vineyard in Mendocino, famed for its plantings of Italian varietals. Made in collaboration with Riley Sullivan and Arthur Antonio, this is a red that reads Italian. Deep red berry fruits and mountain herbs.

making wine in Catalonia, Spain! They work with ancestral varieties of Catalan grapes, never adding sulphur. ‘Benjamina’ is an ancestral-method sparkling wine of Macabeu, Parellada, and Xarel-lo, light, crisp and saline with hints of green pear and lime zest.

Domaine des Ronces Crémant du Jura 2020
Crémants are made with the Champagne, or traditional, method. At biodynamic Domaine des Ronces in the Jura region, where winemaker Kevin Mazier carries on the domaine founded by his grandfather in 1950, the crémant is 100% Chardonnay. 24 months spent on the lees imparts a creamy texture to balance the racy acidity of the Alpine fruit. Aromas of toasty brioche, green apple, and yellow plum; precise texture, fine bubbles, long mineral finish.

Buffo Rosso Lambrusco Pet-Nat 2023
Since the 1980s, Antonella & Marco Folicello (& now their daughters) have farmed organically and produced pure, rustic wines just outside Bologna, in Emilia-Romagna–specializing in Lambrusco. ‘Buffo’ is their limited-edition sparkling red, made from the varieties Lambrusco Grasparossa and Malbo Gentile. Vibrant blackberry, black cherry, and red currant with a delicate effervescence.
