We will be pouring both of their spirit expressions:

Calme has a herbal citrus flavor profile has extracts of yuzu, rosemary, basil, cucumber and dandelion.

Arise is a bold, earthy blend of citrus and herbal botanicals, with notes of Agave, Lemon Verbena, Black Sarawak.

About Yuji Ishikata -
He has worked in the Bay Area food scene for over 15+ years in multiple restaurants as a waiter, cook and chef along with over a decade of working in local grocery stores. He is the Nutrition Program Chef for J-Sei, a multi-generational and multi-cultural organization with its roots in Nikkei (Japanese American) values and culture that provides meals, cultural programs, and support services for elders and families in the East Bay.

The perfect drink to keep you cozy during these rainy and overcast days — Pathfinder, a non-alcoholic fermented and distilled hemp-based spirit. Imbibe Magazine describes as, “blended with a bill of familiar botanicals ingredients like wormwood, juniper, ginger and angelica roots, and Douglas fir, it’s basically comparable to what you’d find in a gin lineup. But the Pathfinder non-alcoholic spirit drinks more like an amaro—bracing and bittersweet.”

Try it in a spritz, with a splash of citrus and a rush of bubbles, but this unique herbal elixir lends itself to a multitude of delicious concoctions.
