Fill a rocks glass with ice. Pour 1/2 oz Campari and 1/2 oz Carpano Antica Formula vermouth and stir. Top with 1 oz Empress 1908 Indigo gin for a beautiful layered effect. Stir before sipping.

2oz Gold rum (we LOVE Soggy Dollar!)
2oz pineapple juice
1oz orange juice
1/2oz lime juice
Stir all in a highball (or any tall glass, really). Fill with ice and top with 1/2oz grenadine. Enjoy!!

Beautiful weather ahead for this long weekend. Why not enjoy a classic Paloma? In a shaker with ice, add 2 oz silver tequila (we like this Lobos Joven) and 1/4 oz lime juice. Shake and strain over fresh ice and top with 4 oz of one of our delicious grapefruit sodas.... refreshing!
