*SUMMERTIME SANGRIA
For Red Sangria we recommend using a dry red wine such as a Garnacha or Rioja For a White Sangria- a crisp, unoaked white such as a Pinot Grigio or Sauvignon Blanc but Rose or Sparkling works great too!
*For best results, muddle your fruit a bit and let it soak along with brandy & sugar before adding remaining liquids, refrigerate for 4-6 hours and just add ice before serving!
*MOJITOS MADE SIMPLE
You're going to want to muddle your mint first and use FRESH squeezed lime juice- add your simple syrup (sugar dissolved in the lime juice works too!), rum, ice and top your pitcher with club soda or sparkling water. (NO NEED TO MAKE AHEAD)
*If you'd like to get creative like us- use in-season fresh fruit such as strawberries!
