Lillie Family Market is accepting applications-

We are a family owned and operated convenience store and are looking to add individuals to our team/ family who are honest, dependable, hardworking, self-motivated and who have the DESIRE to help the store succeed.

Job Duties:
•Perform front-end cashier duties including operation of cash register and counting back change.
•Prepare and serve food items. (Hand Made Breakfast Items, Hot Deli Foods, Sandwiches & Salads)
•Check-in and stock freight.
•Cleaning (dusting, sweeping, moping, vacuuming, windows, bathroom & etc.)
•Perform opening and closing duties.
•Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor.
This job is in a quick paced convenience store that requires individuals to multitask/ prioritize and be quick to help customers.
We are looking for an individual with:
•Great work ethic and understands that our expectations is that you will be on-time to work and show up for your schedule shifts.
•Reliable transportation and reliable childcare are a must.
•Excellent communication skills. (Outgoing, Friendly, Courteous & Prompt
•Able to understand and follow directions and complete tasks without constant reminders or supervision.
•Self-motivated and able to work well independently and with others.
•Able to operate cash register (POS system) and count change back to the customer while providing a great customer experience.
•This job requires twisting, bending and transporting up to 50 pounds and being continually moving for 8+ hours a day,
•Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills are a must.
•Basic math and computer skills.

Individuals applying must be reliable and willing to work a varied schedule. We are open 7 days a week. Hours will range from 5:15am to 8:30pm.

Currently we are looking to fill a position that is from 12:15pm-8:15pm.

Individuals must be 18 years or older. Individuals must be willing and able to pass a background check and drug screening.

We will be closed Thanksgiving Day to allow for our employees to celebrate and spend some much needed time with their families.

We hope you have an amazing day filled with family, friends and yummy food. We look forward to seeing you when we reopen Friday from 9am-8pm. We will resume normal business hours on Saturday.
