Did you know August 7th is National Raspberries N’ Cream Day? With our current focus on fresh, seasonal fruits of summer, we couldn’t let this one pass without offering up a few celebratory libations! Follow to make sure you see them all!

Tropical Rasberries n’ Cream

Ingredients:

¼ cup raspberries, plus more
for garnish
¼ oz lime juice
4 oz light rum
¼ cup cream of coconut
4 oz pineapple juice
½ oz simple syrup OR agave
Pinch of nutmeg
Pineapple slice for garnish

Instructions:

Add raspberries and lime juice
to a cocktail shaker and muddle.
Add rum, cream of coconut,
pineapple juice, simple syrup &
nutmeg to the cocktail shaker with
ice. Shake vigorously, then strain
into two glasses filled with ice.
Garnish with a pineapple slice and
raspberries.
