This unique Pinot Noir from Germany is a product of a winemaker's passion for Riesling and his expertise with wines from Alto Adige, Italy, where he saw an opportunity to revive a traditional German winery. Originating from the southern region of Baden, this wine is 100% Spätburgunder, also known as Pinot Noir. It offers a rich bouquet of aromas, including blackberries, black pepper, cloves, and subtle hints of vanilla. The palate experiences a juicy and spicy finish. This wine pairs excellently with turkey and various other meats.

Spring is in the air! As the temperatures rise, we eagerly reach for this fresh and bright Vinho Verde. This wine is a blend of 30% Loureiro, 30% Arinto, and 40% Trajaduro. It boasts zesty acidity with notes of apple, grapefruit, and a hint of herbs. With relatively low alcohol and a light spritz, it remains fun and uplifting.

New arrival! Gori Winery founded by Piero Gori in 2009 is located in Nimis, known as Castrum Nemas since 6th Century. In Northernmost point of the "Colli Orientali" of Fruili, Italy. This organic, family run winery produced this amazing vintage medium body, light and approachable with notes of raspberries, red cherry, blueberries and nutmeg. Elegant and complex with fine tannins. Pairs well with cheese, fish and white meat.

Caymus Vineyards, owned by the Wagner family since the 1880s, produces an exceptional wine from a lesser-known AVA (American Viticulture Area) located next to Napa Valley in California. This region shares the same topography and climate as Napa Valley, allowing for the production of world-class wines.

The wine, the Walking Fool, is a red blend primarily made from Zinfandel and Petite Sirah grapes sourced from the Caymus Suisun Valley vineyard. It is aged for 18 months in French and American oak barrels.

This powerful wine pairs well with hearty dishes. It has a deep purple color and offers aromas of ripe dark fruits such as plum and blackberry, along with notes of cranberry and a hint of spice, complemented by an earthy undertone. The Walking Fool delivers a full-bodied, fruit-forward experience with pleasant tannins and a lingering finish.

It pairs nicely with meaty pizza, Texas-style BBQ, and burgers.

A fantastic bargain for under $15: Heinz Eifel Riesling Auslese from Mosel, Germany. This wine is crafted from very ripe, hand-selected grapes harvested in November when the leaves have turned a deep red color. It is rich and bursting with aromas of honey, almonds, apricots, peaches, lime, and mango. The flavor is elegant, featuring ripe apricot notes and a refreshing finish.

New release. The Chilean wine industry has achieved a significant milestone with Don Melchor vintage 2021 is chosen as "Wine of the Year" Wine Spectator. This iconic Cabernet Sauvignon is produced by one of Vina Don Melchor from the Andes Mountains with legacy of 150 history, its old vines, Stony soils and exceptional terrior produces this amazing vinho which is cellar worth for that wine enthusiasts and collector.

Soil: altitude 350 meters; exposure South West; mostly calcareous.

Grape varieties: Sangiovese 100%. Organic grapes.

Planting density: 4600 plants per hectare.

Kg of grape per plant: 1,5 kg.

Harvesting method: manually in crates of 18 kg with transferring and transformation within 60 minutes of the harvest.

Fermentation: in stainless steel of superior quality AISI 316, at controlled temperature of 28° C max.

Aging period: 12 months in French oak Tonneaux. Then 6 months in the bottle.

Alcohol: 14.5° vol

Food and wine pairing: Perfect with red meat and with game. Ideal also with mature cheese.

Drink: 18°C, if possible in decanter.

**Casa Santos Lima Monte Cacada Tinto Red** is crafted from a selection of hand-harvested Alicante Bouschet grapes, aged for nine months in French and American oak barrels. This full-bodied wine boasts a deep color and provides a distinctive experience typical of Alentejo wines. It pairs perfectly with a variety of meals and has excellent aging potential.
