This week’s Cocktail of the Weekend is the Dirty Martini Spritz—a refreshing twist on a classic favorite. Perfectly crisp, lightly briny, and oh-so-sippable!

Ingredients:
• 1 oz gin
• 1 oz dry vermouth
• ½ oz olive brine
• 1 dash orange bitters
• 3 oz club soda
• Olives & lemon peel (optional), for garnish

Directions:
• 🫒 Combine gin, vermouth, olive brine, and bitters in a large wine glass filled with ice. Stir gently.
• 🍾 Top with club soda and garnish with olives and lemon peel.
• 🍸 Serve immediately & enjoy!
