We were so busy “anniversary-ing” this summer we forgot another important milestone- Frazzleberries - Newport's Country Store turned 20 this year too!

20 years ago, two clueless kids, with big dreams moved to Newport to get married and open a retail store. We left behind (good paying!) corporate jobs and embarked on a wild ride that we're still on today. There have been plenty of ups and downs, but small business ownership isn't for the faint of heart!

When we look back on all the people who have been part of this journey, it's amazing to think of all the employees, customers, friends, and family we've connected with through Newport these last two decades.

To our daughters…thank you for putting up with your crazy parents, early mornings, late nights, and lots of pizza dinners in the stock room- you two are a big part of this journey too!
And to Jerry- you are the anchor that holds our family through life’s roughest storms (nautical pun intended!)

Who knows where the next 20 years will take us, but I know who will be by my side on the next adventure! ⛵️⚓️🌉
