Consisting of a total of 7 botanicals - 3 botanicals (Grand Wormwood, Green Anise & Fennel) are macerated and distilled, and the additional 4 botanicals (Petite Wormwood, Lemon Balm, Mint and Hyssop) are held in secondary maceration for just 48 hours, then filtered out, and the entire spirit is rested for over 3 months to stabilize. Bottled at 72% ABV with no coloring or additives.
