· Providing superior customer service
· Maintaining a positive demeanor, and demonstrating willingness to help in all situations
· Ringing up sales on the cash register and point-of-sale equipment and ensuring proper cash handling procedures and policies
· Performing service transactions in accordance with company policy such as lottery sales, and redemption vendor coupons, company approved credit cards, etc
· Prepare and replenish food-to-go
· Assist manager with vendor management and deliveries
· Maintain proper inventory levels, reports, and audits
· Maintain store appearance, cleanliness, and order for customers and the team
