$100 reward for the first person to provide a positive identification. Do you know this man? He vandalized the Red Eye car wash on Mt Vernon Rd today (Sept 21 at 1:50pm). He also had a passenger in the car. He has a license plate and a 30day temporary tag in the back window. Feel free to call NPD. The case number is 23-27060.
