This Thursday, 5:30-7:30, join us with Will from Split Spirits, pouring three single origin whiskies from three different US states. Made with grains local to each location, slivers of corresponding local wood (IL white oak, VT maple, and NY black cherry) are bottled directly with the whiskey to impart their flavors, rather than traditionally barrel aged. 📸: via .spirits
