If you haven’t tried mead before, you’re bound to be pleasantly surprised. Mead is delicious, has the most health benefits of any alcohol out there, and more-often-than-not comes from very passionate mead makers who care about and love what they create. Also a very cute Holiday Gifting idea 😉

From the Industry City for day 9 we have 🥃🎅🏼 Sunday 12/18 5-7p

Fort Hamilton uses New York grown organic corn and rye for their base grains, mixed with malted barley sourced from Scotland and England for every whiskey. They also use no GMOs :)

No chill filters either, which improves mouth feel but can make bottles appear hazy. They call it a sign of authenticity over shelf appeal.

Onabay Vineyards is a new name on the North Fork of Long Island, but it has a long history. The North Fork's temperate climate offer superb conditions for viticulture. Onabay Vineyards' nineteen acres are dedicated to growing the best Cabernet Franc, Merlot, Malbec and Chardonnay grapes the vintage allows.

Kings County Distillery is New York City’s premier craft distillery and among the most acclaimed small distilleries in the United States. Focused exclusively on whiskeys, Kings County has made a name for its Bourbon, Peated Bourbon, Empire Rye and other creative whiskeys.

Kings County’s whiskeys have won numerous awards from the American Distilling Institute, the American Craft Spirits Association, and the prestigious San Francisco World Spirits Competition, and have been praised by the New York Times, the New Yorker, Whiskey Advocate and many other sources. Kings County’s whiskeys are always mashed, fermented, distilled, and aged onsite in Brooklyn.

Anthony Road Winery

Founded in 1990 by the Martini family 🍸
Anthony Road vineyards are managed by Peter Martini, using Vine Balance, New York state’s sustainable viticulture program. We machine harvest most of the crop, hand picking is done in the Vignoles and Pinot Noir.

The location of the vineyards in close proximity to Seneca Lake lends itself to a favorable microclimate for grape growing. Cooling in the summer and a few degrees above average temperatures during the winter.
