Las Jaras Nouveau Slipper Sippers is a unique blend crafted from organically farmed grapes, sourced from historic vineyards in Lodi, including Cherryhouse and Leticia, both planted in the 40s, and the Gary Venturi vineyard from the 50s. 🍇 This wine was made using several winemaking techniques, including carbonic maceration for half of the Zinfandel and all of the Carignan, resulting in a wine with great complexity and character. Each lot was fermented separately to maintain its distinct qualities, with careful attention to the process from start to finish. The Petite Sirah was fermented using a reverse saignée method, and the Vermentino was whole-cluster pressed and barrel-fermented, adding layers of intrigue to this wine. 🍷✨
