• 1½ oz Black Infusions Gold Apricot Liqueur
• 1½ oz Cranberry Juice
• ½ oz Elderflower Liqueur
• ½ oz Simple Syrup
• Fresh Cranberries
• Mint Leaf

Combine Gold Apricot, cranberry juice, elderflower liqueur, and simple syrup in a shaker filled with ice. Shake and strain over fresh ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with fresh cranberries and a mint leaf.

• 2 oz Black Infusions Black Fig Liqueur
• 3 oz Dry Red Wine
• ½ oz Lemon Juice, freshly squeezed
• ½ oz Amaro
• ½ oz Cane Syrup
• Garnish: Lemon Slice

Combine Black Fig, red wine, lemon juice, amaro, and cane syrup in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain over ice in a wine glass. Garnish with a lemon slice.

The Manhattan cocktail, born in the late 1800s, embodies the spirit of revival—whiskey, vermouth, and bitters come together in perfect harmony. Here’s to good taste and the freedom to enjoy it.

KOVAL Manhattan
2oz KOVAL Rye
1oz sweet vermouth
2 dashes aromatic bitters 

Stir ingredients with ice. Strain into a glass. Garnish with a Luxardo cherry.

Shake with ice. Strain over crushed ice. Top with mint whipped cream and crushed candy cane sprinkles.
