They combine their own bitters, syrups, and infusions with quality spirits to create original cocktails — it takes experience and expertise to do it well, and they nail it. There is a cocktail that can match any mood, style or spirit preference in their arsenal for you to enjoy. Stop by between 4:30pm to 7:30pm and try them all!

Friday is here and it's been a minute since we've had a returning champion stop by to let you taste some of NY's BEST whiskey's! Kings County Distillery will be pouring many of their award winning spirits including their new Cold Brew Coffee Whiskey! Try their Bourbon, Peated Bourbon, Grapefruit Jalepeno Moonshine and many more! We'll be pouring, come down and do some tasting! From 4:30 to 7:30pm.

Stop by this evening for some of the best Gin you'll ever have. We'll be tasting Barr Hill gin from Vermont. Their secret formula is minimalism. The gin is made wih just juniper and a touch of honey from their own farm. The Tom Cat Gin is one where they age the gin in freshly charred barrels for a short time giving it a little vanilla, caramel tannic grip and lastly we have their newly released Gin & Tonic cocktail that's made with the gin and a house made Tonic syrup. Every item is a knock out! Come by from 4:30 to 7:30pm taste these exceptinal spirits.

Stop by this Friday evening between 4:30pm and 7:30pm to sample some of the best Vodka, Bourbon and Rye creations that New York State has produced! Alton Distillery has been around for quite some time making spirits that you might have heard of such as Most Righteous Bourbon and Catskill Rye but they have since rebranded. Now all of their whiskies that they are bottling are older and slightly higher proof which has lead to a great value for your taste buds and your pocket. Their vodka is crafted in the French tradition of being made entirely from soft winter wheat and proofed down with pure Catskill mountain waters which leads to a soft, rich and warm sipper. Stop by and try some. You won't be disappointed.

We are very happy to have everyone sample this incredible Mezcal offering this Friday evening. We'll be tasting one of Catedral's multiple award winning Ensamble blends of Espadin and Mexicano Mezcals. This classic spirit has both the Espadin and Mexicano agaves roasted in a traditional stone oven with the help of volcanic stones and mesquite wood. It is then milled on a Limestone Tahona that's gets pulled by a donkey, fermented in traditional Sabino wood vats and finally double distilled in a Copper still. The master craftsman is a third generation Mezcalero named Tio Rene' whom the owners of Catedral sought out to put this magic in a bottle. Every sip is remarkable in that you are drinking the secret craft of three generations and experiencing flavors of Oaxaca. Aside from the earthy, smokey and wooden notes you'll get on first sip, the addition of the Mexicano agave adds a sweet to***co note as well as bursts of sour apple. Truly a marvelous Mezcal. Stop by and have a sip of this masterly crafted spirit!

Tasting today! We're happy to let you all sample some of our favorite Irish whiskeys and Gins! Glendalough Distillery has been making globally award winning spirits for a few decades now and their wares are unbeatable in value. The whiskey has classic notes of vanilla and caramel but a slight twist since its aged in ex-bourbon casks and oloroso sherry casks. Their wild botanical gin is a classic junniper based gin that gets infused with fresh(not dried) wild botanicals that grow around the distillery. Many native only to Ireland. Lastly, their Rose gin gets its pink hue from actual rose petals. Without being to floral in nature, it is balanced just right to give you notes of sweet spice, bright berries, citrus and a nectar finish. You don't have to buy but I encourage you to try... them all! From 4:30 to 7:30pm

We'll blow your mind with their Black Pepper Vodka and one of the tastiest Ryes around made with different strains of Rye as a throwback to the original way of making corn-free rye whiskey. We'll be tasting Coconut Cartel Anejo Rum! Aged in new, charred American white oak barrels for 4 to 12 years, and cut to 80 proof with freshly harvested coconut water in Guatemala. This blend features tropical aromas of fresh coconut with hints of banana, mango and vanilla. Upon tasting, notes of plantain, caramel, sandalwood and burnt brown sugar come forward with of course coconut making a subtle appearance alongside a flint of minerality and a touch of saltiness from the coconut water. Be warned, this is not a sweet rum, as you might think.
No artificial flavors or added coloring. Don't miss this one if you can! From 4:30 to 7:30pm.
