Graves at Cérons!

The weather last Monday was perfect for white wine tasting at Cérons.
Caroline Parromat, owner, has been a driving force of Château Cérons.

She directs production with her husband Xavier Perromat.

I tasted a white wine Sauvignon Blanc, a red Bordeaux blend, and one Sauterne sweet wine.
