Wine of the Day: Pata í Lana Malbec Sweet Wine
Intense ruby ed color with a bright purplish hal. In the nose, we find fragrances of red fruits such as plums and raisins, and buches of vanilla, to***co, and honey produced by their pasage through oak barrels. In the mouth, it has a sweet input of balance and acidity, unctuous and friendly. Ripe tannins with good, final persistence. lt will nvites you to keep drinking.

Don't miss this tasting!
Matsu El Pícaro 2023 (young guy) is a red wine with sweet aromas of jelly beans, blackberry jam and a touch of liquorice. Powerful on the palate, but with a very pleasant mid-palate thanks to its controlled acidity and round tannins. A red wine with a refreshing, intense and delicious youth.
El Recio meaning 'the tough guy' (older guy) and is a more serious, mature wine, made from the product of some of Toro's oldest vines. This wine is intense with deep black fruit, chocolate, roasted coffee bean and aromas of vanilla. On the palate, it is full bodied with a firm structure, and silky tannins.

Wine of the Day: Katherine Goldschmidt Cabernet Sauvignon. 🍷🍇 2022 vintage. This vintage shows more black fruits as its base. Black cherry and black fig aromas jump out of the glass. It is vibrant with nice perfume. On the palate is very smooth, rich silky tannins go on forever. A great Alexander Valley Cabernet combined with a vintage that will age gracefully. Dark fruit flavors and beautiful structures make it a lovely wine for food pairing. This wine's elegance, acidity, and spice notes complement grilled or roasted dishes, such as herb-crusted lamb, roasted duck, or grilled pork loin. The wine's earthiness even compliments vegetarian dishes, ratatouille, or roasted root vegetables.

Wine of the Day: Protos - Tempranillo 100%
D.O. Ribera del Duero Vineyards: Planted between 30 and 35 years ago. Manual harvest. Fermentation between 26°C/28°C in stainless steel vats Aging: 12 months in French and American oak barrels. Resting in bottle for 14 months. On the palate, you will find cherry color with purple rim indicating youth. High aromatic intensity, with aroma of ripe fruits well assembled with wood that brings aromas of sweet spices and pleasant toasted notes. It is an enveloping wine, tasty, balanced, with finesse and pleasant maturity.
Food pairing: Grilled meats and vegetables, carpaccio, venison, chorizo, Iberian ham, garlic prawns, mussels.

Wine of the Day: Perdeberg Cellar - Pinotage
Type of wine: Still wine - Red - Dry.
Appellation: Coastal - South Africa.
Grape variety: 100% Pinotage.
Aging: Stainless steal tanks.
Food pairing: An excellent food wine that pairs well with most cuisine types. Enjoy this wine on its own or perfectly paired with tomato-based dishes and spicy Portuguese or Cape Malay dishes.
Tasting Notes: A charming Pinotage with dark plum, blackberry and subtle spice on the nose. The palate of elegant tannins, ripe dark fruit, and a hint of vanilla is followed by a lingering, fruity aftertaste.
