Beaujolais Nouveau is in! 🍷
Beaujolais Nouveau is a red wine made from Gammy grapes in the Beaujolais region of France.
Every year on November 19th, Beaujolais Nouveau is released at 12:01 and festivals are held in France to celebrate.
It is light bodied wine, with notes of blackberry, herbs, smoke, and cherry. It pairs well with the typical Thanksgiving foods like turkey, stuffing, and cranberry sauce.

California is well known for many of its wine regions due to its climate. It is warm and dry in the summer and cooler and wet in the winter months. This allows grapes to ripen to their full potential without drying out.

Happy national rum day!
Rum is made by fermenting sugarcane molasses or sugarcane juice and then distilling it.
Rum is then aged usually in oak barrels for a year or more.
The liquor can be served neat, over ice, with a side of water or mixed into a cocktail. It will often have an underlying profile of sweet toasted sugar, but the variations of rum will have slightly different flavor profiles.
