It is with great sadness that we share the passing of Kelly Guerra, the heart and soul of Faubourg Fresh Market. For years, she poured her love, kindness, and hard work into this store, creating a place where neighbors felt like family.

The outpouring of support from our community has meant so much during this difficult time. Your stories, kind words, and shared memories remind us just how much she touched the lives of so many.

Faubourg Fresh Market will continue to honor her legacy, carrying forward the warmth and dedication she brought to every customer and every moment. Thank you for being part of her story—and ours.

Hello neighbors,

As some of you know, my mother and co-owner of Faubourg Fresh Market, Kelly Guerra has been fighting with cancer over the last several months. We are now moving our focus to her comfort and being by her side, and as a result, will be operating on limited hours from 2:00 PM - 7:00 PM for the foreseeable future.

Being a part of this community has brought her so much joy over the last several years and the support and understanding of our neighborhood has meant the world to us. We hope that we can continue to rely on that support as we navigate this uncertain time. Your kindness has meant the world to us, and we’re grateful to be part of such a caring community. Thank you for keeping us in your thoughts.
