Blue Sky Employment Consulting is hiring job coaches. Job Coaches will work directly with individuals with disabilities for short work assignments in local businesses to assess the individual's ability to work. You will also give a little support to the clients if they need a demonstration of the job tasks. These tasks could be janitorial, kitchen work, office work, retail work etc... At the end of the client's assessment, you will submit a report (on a pre-established report template). A typical work week (per client), is 4 hours pr. day for 2-3 days per week. Please note, you could work with more than one client pr. week for a fuller schedule IF YOU WANT TO. You will work 3 days per week, per client for 6 - 10 days until the assessment is completed. You have the opportunity to work more depending on the number of clients you work with. You will work with each client for 4 hours per day for 6 to 10 days (not necessarily in a row). Your job will be to provide an assessment of their ability to work independently and give a little support to them IF needed. This service is important to our clients as it will help determine if they are able to begin job search and work independently in an integrated, competitive work environment. You WILL receive gas support for travel. Your work week is normally M-F but on rare occasions it might include a Saturday. The pay is $15 pr. hr. If this sounds like the job for you...
