Both barrels were selected at the peak of maturity this summer by the Last Chance Liquors Team!

We chose to taste these barrels blindly among many great barrel selections.

The Barrel Proof Rye was randomly selected on its 8th Birthday. Both barrels were bottled this fall allowing for an additional season of aging. The flavor esters continued to develop during this time 👏🏻😩🥃

We are thrilled to welcome Brian from Materra for a very special tasting TONIGHT from 5 - 7PM.

Materra wine is made by the Cunat family and their winemaker, Chelsea Barrett. Sustainability and quality are at the forefront of this vineyard, which has been Napa Green certified since 2017.
