New Hours - BYOBottle

Nashville Smoke and Ale (NSA) continues to change in order to keep up with our changing lifestyles. With that we are excited to announce that the lounge has been remodeled and now offers you an escape to a BYOB Cigar lounge with a sophisticated vibe, premium ci**rs and craft cocktail mixers .

NSA is now open Friday and Saturday Nights until 10pm or until the last game it over. In addition, you can now bring your own spirits! That's right. For a nominal fee you can bring your own bottle. You bring and pour the booze and we do the rest.

Cocktails. Build your drink menu from our selection of cocktail mixers and you bring the spirits. We provide the freshly made mixers, ice, garnish, and drink ware. With support from our team, you will be guided through incorporating your desired spirit-of-choice for the perfect craft cocktail. Mixers usually call for 2 oz of alcohol but most can be enjoyed spirit-free.

We understand that this concept is unique. In the absence of alcohol and food, our BYOB rate is based on access to a space with professional bar amenities, the flexibility to do your own thing, and unparalleled service. To further reduce the cost to you we do offer a monthly subscription service to cover the cost of having BYOB privileges. It's our way of ensuring you can enjoy frequent visits without the high costs associated with enjoying your preferred beverages.

Pricing:

A fee of $10 will be charged each person enjoying the privileges of "brown bagging".

A $2.50 set up fee is charged which includes drink ware, ice, mixers and assistance from our team in preparing your beverage.

Monthly Subscription: If you plan on visiting us 3 or more times each month and want to have BYOB privileges then this is for your. Enroll in our monthly subscription program and have brown bagging privileges for the entire month.

For your convenience and enjoyment, we suggest bringing a standard-sized bottles (750 ml) or smaller bottle of alcohol for your enjoyment. Keep in mind the number of individuals consuming from the bottle and that each cocktail typically requires 2 oz of alcohol. Please note that handles of alcohol (1.75 liter bottles) are not permitted.

At this time, you may also bring wine to compliment your lounge experience. We’re happy to make bottle recommendations based on your preferences and budget.

Our bartender is certified and, in accordance with BYOB rules, cannot touch, taste, or pour your alcohol. Also, it's important to keep in mind that according to TN law:

TN Code § 55-10-416 (2023)

(1) No driver shall consume any alcoholic beverage or beer or possess an open container of alcoholic beverage or beer while operating a motor vehicle in this state.
(2) For purposes of this section:
(A) "Open container" means any container containing alcoholic beverages or beer, the contents of which are immediately capable of being consumed or the seal of which has been broken;
(B) An open container is in the possession of the driver when it is not in the possession of any passenger and is not located in a closed glove compartment, trunk or other non passenger area of the vehicle; and
(C) A motor vehicle is in operation if its engine is operating, whether or not the motor vehicle is moving.

As many of you have noticed, we have "remodeled" (again) and are adjusting our hours. Beginning TOMORROW we will be open Friday and Saturday from 12 - 10+ depending on when games end. Also, we are pleased to announce that you will be allowed to brown bag your spirits. Mixers will be stocked and a bartender will be available to assist in preparing your favorite beverage.

Work is still being done on other changes that will be announced soon. We do appreciate all your support over these years and hope to sever you for many more.
