The Brett Boyer Foundation raised nearly $3 million toward their mission of raising awareness for Congenital Heart Disease (CHD) and funding research to advance treatment options while spreading the love for the wonderful and capable people living with Down Syndrome.

Our Classic Wine Team visited Purple Toad Winery, Kentucky’s most awarded Winery that is family owned and operated!
Our team was able to complete a tour of the Winery, taste through several of the wines and enjoy a nice lunch.

We look forward to offering these great wines to our customers in the Nashville area! 🍷

One of our favorite celebrations of the year is Nashville Hot Chicken Week beginning on Monday, January 30th and running through Sunday February 5th! Join the “Clucking” celebration by supporting Nashville’s local establishments featuring their signature renditions of Nashville Hot Chicken 🐓🍻🔥

What beverage goes best with Nashville Hot Chicken you may ask? The Louis Roederer Brut Premier, GH Mumm Cordon Rouge or the Delamotte Brut would be an elegant match. Proseccos are very popular and there is a wide selection available. Consider the Bisol Jeio, Avissi, Benvolio or Bellafina. Sparkling Rose is a good match, and the Pasqua RJ Passion Rose Prosecco would be an excellent choice.

The Hive & Honey from Monterey features pear, pineapple, and passionfruit flavors with a balanced touch of sweetness. The Chateau Ste. Michelle from Washington State is always a good choice. Moscato has been enjoying increasing popularity and we suggest Cupcake Moscato d’ Asti.

Does Beer pair well with Nashville Hot Chicken? Cluck Yeah! Try pairing yours with one of these local brews, Yazoo Pilsner, or Little Harpeth Chicken Scratch, both easy drinking and refreshing. Check out Hap and Harry’s Tennessee Lager or Nash IPA. The Einstok White Ale while not exactly local (It is from Iceland!) is also great match.

Behind the Barrel with Jack Daneils

Following the repeal of prohibition, Harry Lipman founded a liquor and wine distribution company in Franklin, Kentucky. In 1939, Harry and Meyer Lipman, received the first wholesale liquor license in Tennessee, Tennessee State Permit No. Lipman Brothers still operates under this permit to this day. Upon receiving their permit, Lipman Brothers became the first distributor of Jack Daniel’s Tennessee whiskey. Behind The Barrel with Fords Gin

Simon Ford, founder and CEO of Fords Gin, came up with the idea for an ultimate cocktail gin with his friend on the back of a napkin at a local bar. From this napkin came Fords Gin, a collaboration between 8th generation Master Distiller Charles Maxwell of Thames Distillers and Simon Ford, dedicated to creating spirits designed in unison with professional bartenders and celebrated distillers from around the world.
