When Nashville Craft started distilling with a focus on local ingredients, they bought drums of sorghum spirit and distilled it into their first spirit -- Naked Biscuit Sorghum Spirit, which got its name from the joke that they wiped out Muddy Pond’s sorghum syrup biscuit-topping stash for the season and turned it into liquor.

Nashville Craft's newer, prized spirit Golden Biscuit is also produced from 100% Muddy Pond pure sorghum syrup and then aged in bourbon barrels. There’s nothing else quite like it -- just like Muddy Pond.
