Wanted to have a variety of wines to take on our Key Largo trip in August so I started yet another wine... this one is Strawberry Peach Sunset.. I am gonna fortifie it with some brandy after it's stabilized.. ohhh I can't wait ❤️🍷

Pina Coloda wine I'd under cork today... It was a super rainy thunderstorms Kind of day here in Southwest Florida, so it was a perfect day to bottle our 1st ever Pina Coloda wine... this wine will be amazing for our Key Largo trip (if it lasts that long) 😁

It's a 911 when your big wine cooler suddenly stops working and you have to remove all 500+ BOTTLES of wine to just get at the cooling unit!... only 4 weeks post OP from spinal fusion due to serve scoliosis.... lord please help me! Thankful for my bottle bitch who is always there in a pinch (sadly her spine is just as bad as mine!) Fingers crossed hubby can fix it!

And we got fermentation!! Now I can breath!

Yesterday we bottled another one of our 2015 wines in order to get ready for the 2016 wine season! Up on the bottle block was our Mixed Black! We got 30.5 bottles that will still need some time to age... (thankfully we have others that are ready to drink)

Love this thing!

Day 3 of full fermentation of our Super Tuscany and the house smells AMAZING! I must say it's one of my favorite things about being a wine maker... this is gonna be a great wine season!
