For a twist on a classic sgroppino cocktail, add a scoop of refreshing berry sorbet, making this frozen tipple extra special. 😊

Ingredients:
25ml vodka (Grey Goose)
a scoop of blackcurrant or raspberry sorbet
100ml prosecco (La Marca)

Preparation:
1. Pour the vodka into the bottom of a coupe glass. Chill for 30 mins, then top with the blackcurrant or raspberry sorbet and pour the Prosecco around it. Serve immediately.

CHOCOLATE ORANGE COCKTAIL RECIPE 🍊🍫👇🏾

Ingredients:
100g golden caster sugar
zest of 1 orange or clementine
grated dark chocolate, to decorate
100ml vodka (Ketel One)
100ml crème de cacao (Dekuyper)
60ml orange syrup
40ml orange juice
ice

Method
1. First make an orange syrup. Combine 100ml water with the golden caster sugar and the orange or clementine zest in a pan and bring to the boil. Cool and strain the syrup.
2. Chill 4 coupé glasses, then dampen the rims with a little water and dip in the grated dark chocolate. In a cocktail shaker, shake the vodka, crème de cacao, orange syrup and orange juice with ice (you may need to make in 2 batches). Pour into the glasses.

CAVA COCKTAIL RECIPE 👇🏽

Ingredients:
½ orange , juiced
½ lemon , juiced
50ml vodka (Grey Goose)
1 tsp cinnamon syrup (see tip)
½ tsp orange blossom water
ice
250ml cava , to top up
1 small orange , finely sliced to garnish
ice

Method:
1. Start by making the dried orange slices to garnish. Spread out the orange slices on a lined baking tray. Heat oven to 110C/ 90C fan/gas ¼ and cook for 2 hrs. Can be done a day ahead and stored in a container.
2. Pour the fruit juices, vodka, cinnamon syrup and orange blossom water into a cocktail shaker and add a couple of handfuls of ice. Shake well, then strain into two large wine glasses with more ice. Top up with cava and garnish with a slice of dried orange.

TOFFEE VODKA COCKTAIL RECIPE 👇🏿

Ingredients:
200g hard toffees
4 tbsp soft dark brown sugar
750ml vodka (Grey Goose)

You will also need
A funnel , coffee filter paper and a 1-litre sterilised lidded jar and 1 sterilised bottle (approx. 1-litre capacity)

Method
1. Unwrap the toffees and put in a plastic food bag and smash with a rolling pin to break them into small pieces. Tip the toffee shards into the sterilised jar, then add the sugar and a pinch of sea salt.
2. Pour the vodka over the toffee mixture and stir. Leave in a cool dark place for two days or until the toffees have dissolved. Shake the jar twice a day during this time.
3. Once the toffee and sugar has dissolved, line a funnel with a coffee filter paper and set it over the sterilised bottle. Slowly pour the mixture through. Seal and store in a cupboard for up to three months, and shake before serving.

TOM COLLINS COCKTAIL RECIPE 👇🏻

Ingredients:
50ml gin (Bombay Sapphire)
25ml lemon juice
25ml sugar syrup
125ml chilled soda water

Method:
1. Build the drink over plenty of ice in a Collins glass, stir gently and garnish with a slice of lemon.

3 Twists:
Raspberry Collins
Start by gently muddling a handful of raspberries in the bottom of an empty Collins glass, then add the ice, all the other ingredients and mix well with a long handled spoon. Garnish with an orange slice.
Brandy Collins
Just make the drink as normal, substituting cognac for gin, then garnish with a slice of ginger or a ribbon of lemon peel.
Elderflower Collins
Mix the drink as normal, but use the liqueur or cordial in place of the sugar syrup. Garnish with a lemon slice.
