Welp. We were wrong. Literally having to wait for paint to dry. We may have bit off more than we could accomplish to hit our original re-opening day. We have been working away, but sometimes things take longer than planned.

Instead of rushing or stressing about it, we are just going to take a few more days than originally planned to get it all done.

See you in 2025! January 2nd we will be back for another season with some fresh paint and a little cleaner :)

This is a great! Teaching business skills with job skills to help in the future. More entrepreneurs to help create amazing businesses for people to hang out in the future. Running a restaurant that makes people happy, feeds them and becomes part of their day or tradition is such a great thing. Maybe a couple more students will see this is a great way to make a living and just maybe a young one will be the Waveriders owner of the future 💕

Hi Everyone! Just a reminder we are here our regular hours through the Thanksgiving Holiday except being closed on Thanksgiving Day. We will be open the Friday after Thanksgiving to get your caffeine fix and food before you enjoy some family time, shopping or relaxing!

Oh my! We have Pie! We will be taking pre-orders now through Nov 23rd. The Loving Pie Company & Waveriders are teamed up to be a part of your Holiday. See us in person at the deli (you may smell them baking) and on your table at home this holiday season.

Pre-order Pie pick-up will be Tuesday & Wednesday 11/26 & 11/27 from 12-4pm. We will also offer Friday & Saturday 11/29 & 11/30 (if someone would like pie for their weekend celebrations!

You can conveniently order online in the “Thanksgiving Pie Pre-Order” section. You will select the day for your pie pick-up after you select the pie.

A BIG CONGRATS TO OUR 🏆EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR!!🏆

Officer T. Wild is the Nags Head Police Department's 2024 Employee of the Year! Officer Wild has a wealth of law enforcement experience which includes 20 years with the Suffolk Police Department in Virginia. He began with NHPD in 2021 and has played an important role on our team ever since!

He is known for his ability to find things, such as lost or stolen property, missing people, and even those not wanting to be found!

Wild was nominated for this award by his coworkers, and they had many reasons as to why he should be the recipient of the Nags Head Police Department Employee of The Year for 2024!

Congratulations again, Wild!
