We continue to feel the loss of our dear friend and longtime employee, Gil Saunders of Moyock.

Gil joined us over 26 years ago after a dedicated 20-year career in the U.S. Navy. He was as loyal a friend as he was a devoted employee, always willing to step up and lend a hand wherever he was needed. Throughout the years, he took on many roles with us, bringing a generous spirit and a warm heart to every task. Gil befriended everyone he worked alongside, seeing Southland as more than a workplace—it was truly his home, and his coworkers were his family.

We invite you to celebrate Gil’s life with us on Saturday, November 16, from 2-4 p.m. at Southland, as we honor his friendship, loyalty, and the lasting impact he made on all our lives.
