Life-threatening storm unleashing historic flooding and damaging tornadoes in over 15 US states TODAY

*A massive storm is set to bring life-threatening tornadoes and potentially historic floods in what could be the worst 24 hours of extreme weather this year.

The National Weather Service (NWS) warn that over 15 states are in the path of this major storm which is bringing intense rainfall to millions of people from the Gulf Coast to the Northeast.

The storm watches now include Pennsylvania, Ohio, Indiana, Kentucky, Tennessee, Illinois, Arkansas, West Virginia, and portions of Louisiana, Maryland, Michigan, Mississippi, Missouri, Oklahoma, and Texas.

Baby boomers infuriate Gen Z and Millennials with with controversial homebuying tactic

*Baby boomers now make up the largest group of home buyers, locking out younger people with all-cash offers and bigger down payments.

With decades of savings from low mortgage rates, boomers have overtaken Millennials, Gen X, and Gen Z in home purchases.

Millennials (ages 29 to 44) now make up just 29 percent of buyers — down from 38 percent a year ago. Gen X buyers remain steady at 24 percent, while Gen Z account for three in every 100 home purchases.

Victory for Eric Adams as historic corruption case is TOSSED by judge... who issues blistering statement

*Critics had alleged that Adams' case had only been dismissed after he sided with Trump, and in his ruling on Wednesday, Judge Dale Ho said: 'Everything here smacks of a bargain.

'Dismissal of the indictment in exchange for immigration policy concessions.' Ho explained in his ruling that the case was being dismissed with prejudice, meaning prosecutors cannot re-charge Adams with the same crimes in his indictment.

'To be clear, the Court again emphasizes that it does not express any opinion as to the merits of the case or whether the prosecution of Mayor Adams 'should' move forward,' Ho wrote in his ruling.

'The Court notes only that it has no authority to require that it continue.

'Ultimately, because the decision to discontinue a prosecution belongs primarily to a political branch of government, it is the public’s judgment, and not this Court’s, that truly matters.'

Deputy Attorney General Emil Bove had pushed to dismiss Adams' case, arguing that prosecutors were politically motivated in coming after the mayor, particularly due to his outspoken rhetoric on immigration.

Ho wrote in his ruling that the argument put forward by Trump's Department of Justice that immigration is to blame 'is both unprecedented and breathtaking in its sweep.'
