Apple Fest 2024 was amazing, not to mention this sunset after we closed down our booth! Thank you so much to the community for putting on this fabulous event. We can't wait to come back for Apple fest 2025 🍎 Our next adventure will be Delta Sugar Plum Festival Oct 25 and 26.

Thank you so much Fruita Fall Festival! We had a great time and can't wait for next year 🍂 🍁, but next weekend we will be in the beautiful town of Cedaredge! The Cedaredge Apple Festival will be on Saturday (8 am-5 pm) and Sunday (8 am-5 pm). We can't wait to see everyone there 🍎

Please keep in mind that these are the last shows before the end of 2024. There are many who have already signed up. Thank you!!! Please do not wait too long to sign up last year many people were on waiting lists and were disappointed.

BIG NOTE--2024 is a new year of sales tax licenses...I WILL NEED A PHOTOCOPY OF EVERY VENDORS SALES TAX LICENSES!!!! You only need the State of Colorado Sales tax license.
At this event, we only collect State and County taxes which add up to 4.65%. If you do not have a license NO PROBLEM. You will pay at the end of the show what sales tax you have collected at the event registration booth.

This is an awesome office that help people efficiently.

Our events are all at Friendship Hall which is located at 1001 North Second Street, Montrose. A 10'x10' location is $100.00 for each event regardless if it is a two or three day event. Tables are provided and on the attached application you can choose either 6 foot or 8 foot tables. See application attached.

Please make cheque payable to Montrose Event Promotions 316 East Main Street, Montrose, CO 81401, or you can drop off the application and cheque to D'Medici Footwear & Clothing 316 East Main Street, Montrose.

Set Up
There is a Montrose Event Promotions Tent were you will get your
assigned location and other paperwork.
1) The Thursday before the event starts---12 noon to 6pm
2) The Friday when the event starts from 8am to 10:00am, but must be ready to sell by 10:00am
3) You can bring extra tables and display if you wish to enhance the look of your booth.

Our events are 2 and 3 day events. It is out of respect to all vendors that everyone stays for all days and times posted. It also makes for a professional show. The vendor application is attached.
7-10 days prior to the shows, an email is sent out to all vendors with set up times and other instructions. Thank you for your consideration. We have been successful over the years because we all work together and I appreciate your support!!
