The best of Polish Pottery - beautiful Unikat patterns! Each item is hand painted in Poland and fired at 3,000 degrees Fahrenheit which makes the pottery very durable to abrasives and resistant to cracks and chips. It is also oven safe, microwave safe and dishwasher safe. The glaze allows food to release with little or no oil.
It’s not only beautiful, but very usable.

Jill Tichenor, Ruthanne Burgard and I (Bill Haworth) worked together, from morning to night, the past couple of days, getting the windows just right. We had so much fun! Hope you enjoy them.

The Monticello store would like to introduce our staff to you. We will feature a staff member with their current favorite Polish Pottery piece that we have in the store right now.

Our first customer service representative is Dawn Poling.

Dawn’s current favorite piece is a Unikat5, 12-sided bowl. It’s is approximately 9” in diameter and approximately 2 1/4” high. It features hand-painted red and white flowers. The shape number is 878U5 and the patter number is U5070. The artist that designed this piece is Marie Starzyk. Marie first started painting pottery in 1995 and has been a pattern designer since 1997. The piece sells for $174.00.
