Hey friends! We have a NEW liqueur called Clementino. It’s fabulous! Today, I made a Clementino Spritz and it’s my new Sunday Brunch FAV! But I see myself drinking this more as an evening cocktail. Cherry Blossom Skies 2 oz Nigori Sake 1 oz Gin 1/2 oz Maraschino cherry liqueur 1 1/2 oz lime, freshly squeezed 1/2 oz Blue Curacao 1/4 oz cherry blossom syrup (or agave) La Croix Cherry Blossom Sparkling Water (to top) Cherry Blossoms (optional garnish) Add everything but the La Criox and the Garnish to a shaker.
