Scenes from our first GC AFTER HOURS.
Last night’s theme explored somm vs. AI and led to some great conversation!

Our cheese monger chose 3 cheeses and asked our Wine Director for her wine 🍷 picks then prompted ChatGPT for a pairing. We sampled the wines with the cheeses and our guests rated their favorite pairings!

We had some great wine and cheese with amazing company!

Join us on November 6th, 2024 from 6pm to 7:30pm at the Montclair Grape Collective, for an exclusive after hours event where we take a deep dive on wine and cheese.

This evening’s theme is Somm Vs. AI. We will be providing you with 3 cheeses. We had our in house Sommelier team choose 3 wine pairings and we asked AI to also pair with those cheeses. We want YOU to vote on which is best pairing! We will also be offering exclusive discounts and promotions on wine and cheese that night.

This weekend, we have a ton of fun planned for you! Today, from 6pm to 8pm, we will have special guests, Ghost Hawk Brewing from Clifton tasting some of their flagship beers, as well as some seasonal selections.

Tomorrow, from 3 to 7 we will be hosting the owner of Fort Hamilton Spirits from Brooklyn, coming in to taste you on his bourbon, rye and gin. We will also be making his signiture black walnut, maple old fashions. This cocktail is made with real maple, he barrel ages at the distillery!

Today, at the Montclair location, from 4 to 7pm we will be popping the corks on two beautiful, complex winesfrom the Le Marche region of Italy, The Vigneti Vallorani’s ‘Avora’ and ‘Polisia’. These are two of my favorite wines from a fantastic producer! Come taste for yourself!

Today, at the Montclair location, from 4 to 7pm, we will be tasting a few of our Fall Favorites from around the world. We will be featuring a Bacchus from Germany, a deeper Rosato from Italy and a Carignan from France.
