Congrats to our 2025 Inaugural Digital Media Interns from ULM, Louisiana Tech, Grambling, Neville, West Monroe, West Ouachita, and St. Frederick!!! We are thrilled to be working with these students over the upcoming fall and spring!! Thanks so much to Tower Place and Beef & Barrel for working with us to teach these students!!

These suckers are ultra fresh: Roasting happens several times a week in small batches using clean ingredients, steam‑refined coconut oil and sea salt (avoids seed or vegetable oils) and even better, a portion of every sale is donated to the Damon Runyon Cancer Research Foundation. These are great all the way across the board and would make such a fun gift!! 🥜
