🐣🍷Easter Wine Pairing Day 4️⃣
First, Godello 🇪🇸 A clean, bright wine with medium intensity. Very expressive on the nose with notes of fresh white 🪷 and fruit. The passage through the mouth is fresh and persistent, but without losing the balanced acidity.
Second, Zweigelt 🇦🇹This wine has tasting notes of raspberry, 🍒, spices and black pepper with well integrated acidity. Perfect to pair with ham or lamb!

First, Casamatta White Blend. The first impression is the zesty aroma, 🍊 and 🍑 flowers, then citrus and acidity from Vermentino, 🍐, exotic fruits, balance and body from Trebbiano and Ansonica.
Second, Laurent Perraud Gamay and Pinot Noir Rosé. A refreshing rosé with bright acidity. Dry and refreshing 😎🍉 Perfect for spring and summer!

🐣🍷Easter Wine Pairing Day 2️⃣
First, Vignerons d'Estezargues Cuvee des Galets Cotes du Rhone Rouge 🇫🇷Aromas of just-ripened raspberries, black berries, and plum skin with a touch of Mediterranean herbs, violet and a pleasant hint of baking spice. Light and mildly spicy body with rounded, silky tannins and a medium finish.
Second, Viognier with aromas of white 🍑, nectarine, dragon fruit, 🍍, jasmine, and sweet pea, this viognier jumps out of the glass. The palate is clean with vibrant acidity, and it has a refreshing finish. “Spring in a bottle.”

🐣🍷Easter wine pairing Day 1️⃣ First is the A Tue-Tête Grolleau Gris 🇫🇷 Nose of 🍋🍊 fruits, grapefruit, smooth, spicy palate with some grainy tannins. Second is Helvetii 🥂This Viognier was partially fermented in clay amphorae. It has lovely aromatics 🍑, ripe🍐 and violets, but also has nice minerality and structure.
