Hello Mineral!
As we wrap up the year, we can't express enough the thanks we have for the tremendous support everyone has shown us on this new adventure. We are looking forward to many exciting things that are in the works for Mineral in 2025 including several improvements and updates to the store.
Leaving 2024 let us not forget our community friends that experienced close family losses and ensure they know support is close by.

Bringing in the new year, we are going to make a slight schedule change to our winter hours as we await the arrival of spring.

We will be open Monday 30th and Tuesday the 31st from 1:00-6:00 leading up to New Years Day (Closed New Years Day) and effective January 2, 2025, new store hours will be as follows:

WED 1:00 to 6:00
THU 10:00 to 6:00
FRI 10:00 to 7:00

🎅✨ Santa Claus is Coming to Mineral! ✨🎅

Get ready, Mineral families—Santa is making a special trip to town on Christmas Eve morning! The Mineral Fire Department will be escorting Santa around the community starting at 9:00 AM, spreading holiday cheer and delivering stockings to all the kids!

🎁 This is a magical way to celebrate the season and see the joy on the little ones’ faces as Santa stops by. Keep an eye out for the fire truck (and Santa!) as they make their way through Mineral.

Let’s make this a Christmas Eve to remember! 🎄❤️

Hello Friends!
Hope all is well for everyone in the aftermath of some severe weather. Please feel free to let us know if we can help with any needed supplies, and as the store stood solid, we're excited to welcome in the holiday season. It was nice to see everyone that stopped in on their way to the holiday dinner at the Legion this last weekend, hats off to everyone that worked hard to bring the community together.

Our most recent update is we are now capable of issuing hunting and fishing licenses as well as the daily and annual Discover Pass.

Word on the street is on December 14 there will be a tree lighting and awards given out for residential outdoor decorating along with an opportunity for photos with Santa. We have a flyer posted at the store, please stop in for further details.

Happy Veterans Day to all that served and continue to serve protecting our freedoms home and abroad! Sending extra prayers to the Stovall and Comacho Goldstar families of two brothers I will never forget.
Great job to Misty for all the hard work she put in for the Halloween Trunk or Treat. Looking forward to continuing the tradition next year!
Few quick notes from the market...

Fuel system has been tested, inspected and is operational for ethanol free gas.

We have been approved to accept the Electronic Benefits Transfer cards as well as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program. We anticipate the ability to process those transactions as early as November 14th. We will update if this is not the case.

We anticipate having Mineral and Mineral Lake Market merchandise in the upcoming weeks. We are excited to assist with fun gift giving ideas this holiday season.

Lastly, we thank everyone for supporting the store and your patience as we navigate the waters figuring out what to carry and how much. We are beginning to get a good sense of the must haves, while continuing to bring in a variety of items to keep things fresh. Suggestions always welcomed!

Hello Mineral!
Sending out many thanks to everyone for their support as we begin to get the store up and running. We have met so many great people and are excited to continue supporting the community in any way we can. Few updates:

Updated hours: We will remain open Thursday-Saturday 9am - 7pm
Sunday 10am-6pm

EBT: We have submitted all required documents, and our application is working its way through the system. For those that are curious, this program is managed by the department of Agriculture, so it goes through several external agencies which we assume is why it's taking so long.

Fuel: The system has been inspected, tested and is ready for use. We will continue to carry ethanol free (87 octane) unleaded from our local Morton distributor. Once the price is posted at the street corner, fuel is available!

Produce: As the days grow shorter and the weather becomes tricky, we would like to offer fresh produce to the community throughout the winter. If anyone would like to submit a fruit/veggie list before 6pm on Sunday, we will do our best to bring a load of freshness in on the following Thursday.

Lastly, we are looking forward to supporting the Lion's Den Trunk or Treat on Saturday OCT 26 from 5-7pm. We feel it would be great to begin an annual Halloween function unique to Mineral. With that in mind, someone had mentioned organizing coffin races! We might be on to something there. Feedback encouraged!

Beautiful Saturday morning in Mineral! We are up and running with our credit/debit card system so all good there. Sharing a quick update on a few things, we are still waiting for a couple of endorsements from the state to include EBT, fuel sales and to***co. As soon as they are approved, we'll post it here. We are currently planning to operate Thursday-Sunday (fall/winter), 9am to 7pm. We have a nice request list we are compiling, and we thank you for any and all participation as it is our goal to create a marketplace for all. Once we are just a little further along, we look forward to having fresh produce weekly. Requests welcome there as well! Enjoy the weekend!!

Happy Friday everyone! Good news is we are open with some limited options, sad news is our credit card system is down, but we have been informed that it should be up by tomorrow. We are able to accept cash in the meantime. Thanks for all your patience as we work through the kinks.
