Launching today!

Green River Kentucky Straight Bourbon Whiskey is 90 proof and aged onsite at some of the oldest warehouses in the state. Rich in color with a golden-amber hue, Green River is made with locally sourced corn featuring a mashbill of 70% corn, 21% winter rye and 9% malted barley. The higher rye content contributes warming spice notes on the nose and palate.

Here's a neat event that really highlights how Capitol-Husting is evolving to better serve the needs of the consumer. The days of mixing up screwdrivers in your parents basement are over. We want to make fine wine and spirits more approachable. Educate the consumer, grow more sophisticated together, and ultimately put tastier and healthier things in our bodies. So here's our new line of Bitters. I hope you like them as much as we do!
