Some may get a catty character from Simcoe; however, we think it's a kick ass hop. Big flavors of citrus, pine, and melon; followed by an aroma of tropical fruit and melon. This IPA is crisp, clean, and super tasty.

Welcome to our Fruit Tramp Kettle Sour Series. Brave, adventurous
and refreshing. For this sour blonde ale we use lactobacillus
in the kettle and allow the beer to sit for 2 days, creating a pleasant
tart flavor from the lactic acid that results from this stage. During
fermentation we then add various fruits to each different batch.
The result of all this mad science is a brilliantly colorful beer with a tart
fruitiness and dry finish. Let’s see where she goes next!

Rich caramel-chocolate sweetness mingles with red-fruit acidity in Spooky Action, our deep mahogany dark sour ale brewed with tart cherries. Brewed faithfully in the Flemish Oud Bruin style, we blended 2/3rds young malty brown mixed fermentation ale with 1/3 barrel-aged sour beer, and refermented on tart cherries. On top of its caramel-laced foundation, this decadent treat shows abundant dried fruit flavors of figs, dates, and raisins plus an additional dollop of pie cherries. This is a proper keeping beer that will age beautifully, developing sherry-like complexity with the passing of seasons and years.

Logsdon Peche 'n Brett

Our seasonal oak aged organic peach beer is brewed with local Oregon fruit. Peche 'n Brett is brewed and refermented with the peaches in our Seizoen Bretta. One and a half pound of peaches are added to each gallon of Bretta to produce a secondary fermentation resulting in complex peach aroma and flavor, hop balance and subtle malt character, followed up with brettanomyces and oak derived fruity dryness. Final refermentation with pear juice provides natural carbonation with added aromas and flavors in the bottle.
