🎉 Here's a fun and festive recipe to add some sparkle to your Independence Day celebration:

Red, White, and Blue Jello Shots
Ingredients:
1 box of red Jello (strawberry or cherry)
1 box of blue Jello (berry blue)
1 envelope of unflavored gelatin
1 cup of sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of boiling water
2 cups of cold water
1 cup of vodka (divided)
Whipped cream (optional, for garnish)
Fresh berries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions:
Red Layer:
In a bowl, dissolve the red Jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
Stir in 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka.
Pour into shot glasses or a large dish, filling about 1/3 of each.
Refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.

White Layer:
In a bowl, sprinkle the unflavored gelatin over 1/2 cup of cold water and let it sit for 1 minute.
Add 1/2 cup of boiling water and stir until the gelatin dissolves completely.
Mix in the sweetened condensed milk and let it cool to room temperature.
Pour over the set red layer, filling another 1/3 of the glasses or dish.
Refrigerate until set, about 1-2 hours.

Blue Layer:
In a bowl, dissolve the blue Jello in 1 cup of boiling water.
Stir in 1/2 cup of cold water and 1/2 cup of vodka.
Pour over the set white layer, filling the remaining 1/3 of the glasses or dish.
Refrigerate until fully set, about 1-2 hours.
Garnish and Serve:

Top with whipped cream and fresh berries, if desired.
Serve chilled and enjoy!

HARRY POTTER BUTTERBEER
INGREDIENTS
vanilla ice cream or whipped cream
3 oz dark spiced rum
2 oz butterscotch schnapps or liqueur
1 bottle cream soda
1 pinch nutmeg
INSTRUCTIONS
Spoon vanilla ice cream or lightly sweetened whipped cream into two glasses.
Pour the rum and butterscotch schnapps over the cream.
Slowly pour in the cream soda, waiting for the fizz to setting down before adding more.
Sprinkle the top with nutmeg and serve.
