**Position: V**e Specialist**

As a V**e Specialist at Uptown Vapors, you will play a vital role in creating exceptional experiences for our customers. You will be responsible for providing expert guidance, sharing your extensive knowledge about va**ng products, and helping customers find their perfect v**e setup. Your friendly demeanor and excellent communication skills will ensure that each customer receives personalized attention, making their visit to Uptown Vapors memorable and enjoyable.

**Responsibilities:**

- Offer personalized advice and recommendations to customers based on their preferences and needs
- Assist customers in selecting the right va**ng devices, e-liquids, and accessories
- Demonstrate product usage and provide instructions on proper maintenance and care
- Stay up to date with the latest va**ng trends, product releases, and industry regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking merchandise and managing inventory
- Process transactions accurately and efficiently using our point-of-sale system
- Uphold Uptown Vapors' commitment to exceptional customer service and create a welcoming atmosphere

**Qualifications:**

- A genuine passion for va**ng and a strong understanding of va**ng products
- Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with diverse customers
- Knowledge of various e-liquid flavors, ni****ne strengths, and PG/VG ratios
- Familiarity with different types of va**ng devices and their features
- Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
- Prior retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required
