Can we share the heart of Bloom Again with you?
See my grandmother who lived her entire life in South Florida decided to leave it all to move to Midland NC with us -as her health was declining.
We had no idea it would be such a short time we would have her with us- but in that time she wanted to see us open a store. One that embodied who her daughter and granddaughters were.
So in a time where caring for her was requiring all of our energy- this little brick home became available and though we didn’t know how we would do it- we felt it was a sign that we needed to see this dream of my grandmothers come to life. 💕
Some people will ask “what kind of store is Bloom Again?” and honestly it’s hard for us to answer fully bc it’s all of our favorite things. Things that make us happy and sparks joy. So each room showcases something we love and hope you do too.
My grandmother only got to go inside once.
But her heartbeat lives in these walls too.
It’s a store of generations.
It’s a store of women who overcame ALOT to still be standing.
It’s a store of creativity and delight.
It’s a store of inspiration.
It’s a store of legacy.
It’s a store of love.
We don’t just offer fudge to make a penny- we offer it because she said “everybody in life deserves to eat a good piece of fudge” and it was one of her favorite things (especially around the holidays) so of course we had to have it here…
Every piece, holds a special place in our hearts for a dream she had -that we get to live out.
And in a world where small business is HARD to maintain - this community has made it possible.
So you didn’t get to meet her- but when you come in you will know her.
Because this isn’t just a store- it’s OUR STORY💞
