UPDATE: Now that's what I call a good day!!!!! Thank you to Dennis, a gentlemen that I did not know and didn't have Facebook. But he pulled up and seen my tire and had an air compressor. Went out of his way to track me down ( I was in the beer cooler) and aired it up for me, wouldn't even let me help.

My knight in a shining red VW beetle!!!! Thank you for the air, Mr. Dennis. As well as for your service. Dennis is a veteran of the Vietnam war and was very surprised when I hugged him and told him thank you for everything. For helping me out of this jam and for his service to our country.

A flat tire is enough to ruin some people's entire day. This little ordeal just made my day shine brighter. Got to meet a veteran and made a new friend. Not to mention my tire will get me home now. And come Friday it's 2 more new tires.

Life never stops kickin' us in the balls, so just get used to that. It's how you react to it that dictates your happiness in this life. This is what I call a good day!

Hey everybody, got a little problem this morning. Hoping some wonderful patron of the store can help me out.

If anybody has a portable air compressor they could bring by the store I'd be so grateful. My husband just put two new tires on the front less than a month ago and now we have a leak in the back tire.

If I were the paranoid type, I'd think somebody had done sabotaged my driveway...but that's just crazy talk, right?

We have an air compressor at home but I forgot to air it up and I'm afraid if I drive it uptown the rim would cut the tire. I'm here til two, then I have to get my girls from school. If anybody could help me out, again I'd be eternally grateful. I may even be able to work out a complimentary 6 pack of your favorite beer!!!!!

Everybody loves the Buzz balls, and we sell out of the PEACH so fast it's crazy!! But we got some new flavors as well. We just got APPLE, which is brand new, and we stocked up good on the STRAWBERRY RITA as well as the LIME!!!

This may not be news to you, but they are new to me and new to the store!!!!!!!!!

You can find all these delicious drinks in the cooler to your right as soon as you walk in the store before you get to the register. Good evening my fellow Hilliardites and loyal Eastwood Discount customers,( and hopefully some new ones😁)

When we first ventured into the world of Facebook advertising, we told y'all that we were increasing and expanding our inventory.

We are very excited to share with you just some of what we got here at your favorite neighborhood corner store. We really hope that our existing faithful followers will help us spread the word by liking sharing and inviting your friends to like and follow our page. We are counting on you, in all honesty. When you shop local instead of spending your money at those huge corporate chain stores, you are helping our whole community. And I know y'all love home sweet hilliard as much as we do.

Now I know everybody's got their favorite convenience store/ gas station in town. But I truly believe if people knew what we had, we just might become their new favorite spot in town.

If you're anything like me, or most mothers for that matter, you avoid grocery shopping until you absolutely cannot go one more day without loading up the kids, walking into Winn Dixie with your herd of youngens, and going up and down every aisle. trying your best to avoid seeing or being seen by all the people you don't want to see.

All the while the kids are either bitchin, beggin, needing to go to the bathroom, randomly throwing things in your buggy when you're not looking, and inevitably you run into them people you don't wanna see...happens every time.

With all that chaos of course you forget something on your list, if you were even lucky enough to remember to bring your list at all.

Finally you get the hell out of there. Of course you remember all the things you're forgot once you get down the road. But damned if you're going back.

Now it looks like you got to go to the dollar store. The thought of unloading all the kids again to go in the dollar store to stand in yet another line is enough to make you want to cry. Believe me, I've been there, and not ashamed to say I've shed a few years on them kinda days.

Well, we just might be able to help you avoid the dollar store altogether, and sometimes even Winn Dixie!!!

And just like the variety of beer/ wine/ Fireball, etc., can't nobody in town compete with our prices. But don't take my word for it, come see for yourself. I dare you to find lower prices, shorter lines and friendlier service anywhere in town.
